removes the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle and helps lower cholesterol
levels and blood pressure.
Women's
Health: Women face specific fitness challenges at several stages of their
lives. During childbearing years, weight gain or loss might be an issue. As women
get older, menopause and osteoporosis present new health challenges. My Lifecycle
Fitness Program addresses the physical health needs of women so they can
achieve personal fitness goals and enhance their quality of life.
